Trashfest was an independent, DIY-driven punk and hardcore festival that took place in Hoogeveen and later Steenwijk. Built around a passion for underground music, the festival grew from a local initiative into an internationally recognised gathering for fans of punk, hardcore, crust, grindcore, thrash and other heavy music.
